TICKET SALES REGULATIONS
Definitions:
FUNZEUM Sp. z o. o. is a private company with legal personality, entered into the National Court Register under the number 0000892621, NIP: 7162832160 and REGON: 388552581. The registered office of the company is at the following address: ul. 6-go August 1, 24-100 Puławy, and the tourist facility is located at ul. Pszczyńska 315, 44-100 Gliwice. Ticket - a document entitling to use the Event organized by Funzeum Sp. z o. o. within a specified period, including the fee for the event in accordance with the data contained in the ticket.
Buyer - a person purchasing individual or group Tickets both online (sklep.funzeum.pl), as well as at the ticket office, or using a ticket machine on the premises of Funzeum Sp. z o. o.
Participant – a natural person who, on the basis of a Ticket, participates in the Event.
Organized group – a group of Participants of at least 15 people for whom one Buyer purchased Tickets for the Event.
Event - themed walks and special events organized by Funzeum and taking place in accordance with the dates indicated on the Ticket and in accordance with the Visiting Regulations available on the website (space for the link).
§1
General conditions
The purpose of these Regulations is to establish the general rules for the sale and distribution of Tickets to an event at Funzeum.
By purchasing a Ticket, the Buyer accepts the provisions of these Regulations and the rules for using the attractions contained in the Visiting Regulations (www.funzeum.pl/regulamin-zwiedzania.pdf)
Tickets for Events can be purchased via the website (sklep.funzeum.pl), at ticket offices or using a ticket machine. The price list, opening hours of the facility and the list of current Events can be found on the website (www.funzeum.pl) and at the ticket offices of the facility.
Due to specific security regulations, the facility reserves the right to regulate the number of Tickets sold.
The Ticket entitles to a single entry to Funzeum only on the date indicated on the Ticket. It entitles you to use the Event for up to 3 hours.

Ticket booking
Reservation of admission to the Event for an individual customer takes place automatically after purchasing the Ticket via the website (sklep.funzeum.pl).
Sightseeing for organized groups is possible only after prior reservation (at least 7 days before the date of the Event). Reservations can be made by phone (+48518080228) or by e-mail ([email protected]). Payment for Tickets should be made at the box office on the day of the event. Reservations for organized groups must be picked up 15 minutes before the start of the Event.

Purchase of Tickets
Ticket prices include VAT. To receive a VAT invoice, select the VAT invoice option in the ordering process and provide the correct data necessary to issue it. Pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of July 26, 2010 on exemptions from the obligation to keep records using cash registers (Journal of Laws of 2010, No. 138, item 930), the sale of Tickets in the scope of Orders and payments via the Internet is not subject to fiscalization , therefore the Ordering Party does not receive a fiscal receipt.
Payments for Tickets when purchased online are made via the PayU platform. Payment operator - PayU SA with its registered office in Poznań, 60-166 Poznań, ul. Grunwaldzka 182, a national payment institution, supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, entered into the Register of Payment Services under number IP1/2012, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000274399, with a share capital of PLN 4,944,000, fully paid up, with a tax identification number NIP: 779-23-08-495, REGON 300523444. Using the payment services of the Payment Operator takes place after redirecting to the payu.pl website, under the conditions specified by the Payment Operator in the regulations made available there. Before using the payment services, the Buyer is obliged to read the regulations of the Payment Operator and accept its terms.
When purchasing at the checkout, payments can be made using a payment card, BLIK code and cash. Making a purchase through a ticket machine requires payment by card or BLIK code.
To purchase a Ticket online, go to the website of Funzeum sp. z o. o. in the Tickets tab (sklep.funzeum.pl) and complete the form correctly, in accordance with the displayed instructions. After paying for the purchase and posting the payment, the Ticket will be sent as a PDF attachment to the email address provided by the Buyer.
